ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an ambitious, highly self-motivated Sales Executive to accelerate our global expansion within the pharmaceutical wholesale sector. In this fully remote role, you will focus on establishing high-value distribution accounts across Canada and internationally, targeting pharmacies, regional wholesalers, and licensed importers to expand our market footprint.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role means leveraging your drive, education, and industry foundation to open new distribution channels efficiently. In your first 90 days, you will build an active international sales pipeline, navigate basic regulatory frameworks, and secure recurring order flows. Success is defined by long-term account retention and scaling order volumes across key domestic and export territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Account Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close prospective accounts across targeted segments, including independent and chain pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and certified international importers.
Territory & Market Expansion: Map out market opportunities in Canada and key international export regions, tailoring value propositions to local market dynamics.
Contract Negotiation & Execution: Lead full-cycle negotiations on pricing, volume commitments, and supply agreements to maximize margins and long-term order value.
Regulatory & Supply Alignment: Collaborate with internal compliance and operations teams to verify target client licensing, export/import permissions, and delivery logistics prior to deal finalization.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key buyers, ensuring recurring order cycles, addressing inventory needs, and expanding product line adoption over time.
Pipeline & Activity Tracking: Maintain detailed records of international client interactions, regulatory documentation statuses, and deal progress in the company CRM.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Structure: Fully Remote, Commission-Based.
Commission Rate: 35% commission on closed deals, offering uncapped earning potential directly tied to account size and performance.
Flexibility: Complete autonomy to set your schedule and work remotely while managing global client time zones.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College or University degree (Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field required).
Industry Experience: 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical distribution, or bulk wholesale trading.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmacy purchasing workflows, wholesale distribution networks, or international import/export considerations for pharmaceuticals.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Remote Independence: High level of self-discipline, organization, and drive to independently manage an international sales pipeline without day-to-day oversight.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Existing contacts among pharmacy owners, buyers, or licensed importers in Canada or international markets.
Fluency in additional languages to support international buyer relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Operations Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of CCG Pharma’s wholesale business. This position assists with order processing, inventory coordination, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of pharmaceutical products. The Operations Associate collaborates with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include updating systems and records, monitoring operational metrics, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, structured work habits, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a distributed work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated Operations experience, including order processing, inventory coordination, or supply chain support.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities for collaborating with colleagues and supporting external partners.
Solid Analytical Skills and attention to detail to review data, identify discrepancies, and improve processes.
Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable time management and organizational skills.
Comfort with digital tools and business software (e.g., ERP systems, spreadsheets, CRM platforms).
Knowledge of pharmaceutical wholesale, healthcare, or other regulated industries is an asset.

The Quality Control Manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Regulatory Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Health Canada Drug Establishment Licence (DEL) requirements, GMP standards, and GUI-0001 guidelines for pharmaceutical wholesaling and distribution.
Quality Management Experience: Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), CAPAs, and deviation reporting.
Cold Chain & Technical Oversight: Strong understanding of cold-chain monitoring protocols, temperature mapping, and storage validation for sensitive pharmaceutical products.
Vendor & Product Qualification: Experience managing supplier qualification processes, product authentication protocols, and handling customer returns or recalls.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Communication & Audit Leadership: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for interfacing with Health Canada inspectors, external auditors, management, and cross-functional teams.

The Procurement & Logistics Manager optimizes operational costs, streamlines carrier workflows, and supports company growth while adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Supply Chain & Procurement Mastery: 3+ years of experience managing purchasing, vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and inventory control within the pharmaceutical, medical, or wholesale distribution sector.
Logistics & Carrier Management: Proven expertise coordinating domestic and international freight, customs clearance, local courier services, and cold-chain temperature-controlled transport logistics.
Inventory & Demand Forecasting: Strong analytical skills in monitoring stock levels, predicting order demand, minimizing backorders, and controlling product expiration cycles.
Vendor & Relationship Building: Ability to negotiate favorable commercial terms, pricing schedules, and supply continuity agreements with global and domestic pharmaceutical vendors.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Sound knowledge of Health Canada import/export regulations, shipping documentation requirements, and cold chain handling procedures.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to collaborate smoothly with Sales, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience in pharmaceutical supply chains.
